Tonya has been actively involved in Pensacola A/C & Auto since its beginning and joined full-time in January 2025. She oversees all financial aspects, marketing, and community relations, ensuring the business remains strong and connected to the local community.

Beyond work, she enjoys reading, spending time at the beach with her husband, Brett, traveling, and making memories with their three grown children. Together, she and Brett are always researching their next project—whether it's finding a house to remodel or a car to restore. She can often be found cruising around Pensacola in her ‘87 Jeep Wrangler Laredo, a special gift from Brett.

Tonya also adores their six dogs—Remi, Penni, Frank, Josie, George, and Ruby—bringing the same warmth and dedication to her personal life as she does to the business. Orie is a passionate individual with a zest for life and a wide range of interests. From an early age, he displayed his drive and commitment on the football field, chasing the dream of becoming an NFL player. Throughout his youth and high school years, Orie was a dedicated and skilled athlete, honing his abilities and fostering a lifelong love for the game. Today, he continues to express that passion as a loyal fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and the Seattle Seahawks.

Orie now proudly serves as a Service Advisor at Pensacola A/C & Auto, where he is committed to delivering the best customer experience possible. He prides himself on maintaining open lines of communication, ensuring each customer understands the details of their repair or maintenance services. His goal is to provide clarity, honesty, and genuine care with every interaction. Blake is a dedicated family man, a hard worker, and a natural leader. From a young age, he was passionate about football, playing throughout his childhood and high school years. His love for sports continues today as a loyal fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State.

After high school, Blake explored different avenues to find his path. He spent time at the University of Colorado before pursuing his love for cooking, attending culinary school in San Antonio and earning his degree from the Culinary Institute of America. He later served in the U.S. Navy, proudly dedicating himself to something greater than himself.

Today, Blake serves as the Parts Manager at Pensacola A/C & Auto, where he works hard to source the best parts for each customer's vehicle. He’s built strong, trusted relationships with both customers and vendors, ensuring fair and honest pricing without compromising on quality. His attention to detail and commitment to doing right by every customer have made him an essential part of the team.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys playing video games, watching and discussing sports, and embracing fatherhood. He and his family recently welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Nina, into the world. Blake looks forward to taking on a greater leadership role in the future and continuing the PACA legacy for many years to come.

Brittnee, the oldest daughter of Brett and Tonya, resides in the charming city of New Braunfels, Texas, with her boyfriend, Mason, and their two Australian Shepherds, Asiago and Mozzie. A proud alumna of the University of Oklahoma, Brittnee holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Psychology—an academic foundation that has fueled her successful career in the marketing industry. She currently works full-time at a large marketing agency, where she thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

In addition to her professional role, Brittnee helps oversee all of the shop’s marketing efforts remotely, working closely with Tonya to maintain Pensacola A/C & Auto’s brand presence, community engagement, and digital outreach. Her contributions behind the scenes reflect her deep commitment to the family business and her entrepreneurial spirit.

Outside of work, Brittnee is an avid reader who loves getting lost in new stories, and she enjoys spending quality time with Mason, their pups, and friends—taking full advantage of the vibrant community and natural beauty that New Braunfels has to offer. Her balance of professional drive, family involvement, and personal fulfillment makes her a dynamic and valued part of the PACA family.
