Brett McCabe

Owner

Brett McCabe brings over 30 years of automotive industry experience to Pensacola A/C & Auto, with a strong background in running and growing successful service departments. His previous leadership roles as a Fixed-Ops Director at multiple dealerships provided him with the tools and insight to take a single-location repair shop and begin shaping it into a high-performing, customer-focused operation.

Today, Brett oversees the day-to-day operations of Pensacola A/C & Auto and plays a central role in guiding the company’s growth. With a clear vision for the future, he is focused on expanding the business into a multi-shop operation that continues to set the standard for quality, transparency, and community connection in the auto repair industry.

Brett’s strategic mindset and ability to build strong, high-functioning teams have been instrumental in the shop’s success. His experience in dealership environments has translated seamlessly into independent ownership, where he applies the same principles of efficiency, accountability, and customer care.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time at the beach, diving into historical documentaries, and indulging in his lifelong passion for sports. Whether he’s tuned into a game, listening to sports talk radio, or watching a documentary on elite athletes, sports remain central to his personal life and a source of inspiration for his leadership style.

As Pensacola A/C & Auto continues to grow, Brett remains focused on delivering an exceptional experience to both customers and employees—ensuring the shop’s reputation is built on trust, integrity, and consistent results.

Tonya McCabe

Owner

Tonya has played a vital role in driving the company's growth—leading all community relations, marketing, and financial operations. Tonya is deeply committed to building strong connections within the Pensacola area and continually seeks ways to align the business with the community's needs.

A proud supporter of other locally owned small businesses, Tonya consistently incorporates them into Pensacola A/C & Auto’s marketing and outreach efforts. She believes small businesses are the heart of the community and makes it a priority to help elevate their visibility and success alongside her own.

Tonya and her husband, Brett, share a love for restoration projects—always on the lookout for the next house to remodel or car to bring back to life. She’s often seen cruising around town in her ’87 Jeep Wrangler Laredo, a special gift from Brett that reflects her classic style and adventurous spirit.

Outside of work, Tonya enjoys reading, beach days, traveling, and spending quality time with their three grown children. At home and at the shop, their seven beloved dogs—Remi, Penni, Frank, Josie, George, Ruby, and Ellie—are always part of the fun. Ellie, a golden retriever, holds the official title of Chief Greeting Officer and is frequently on-site, offering tail wags and warm welcomes to customers.

Tonya brings the same energy, heart, and integrity to her business that she does to her personal life, making her a cornerstone of Pensacola A/C & Auto and a passionate advocate for her community.

Brittnee McCabe

Executive operations manager

Brittnee serves as Executive Operations Manager for Pensacola A/C & Auto Service Center and is part of the company's long-term leadership and succession team. With a degree in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and extensive experience in digital marketing, brand development, and customer engagement, Brittnee brings a fresh perspective and forward-thinking approach to the business while embracing the values and traditions that have helped build the company's reputation.

As she continues to grow within the organization, Brittnee is actively involved in learning all aspects of the business, including operations, customer experience, team development, community engagement, and strategic planning. Her passion for people, communication, and creating exceptional experiences aligns closely with the company's mission of providing honest, transparent automotive care.

Outside of work, Brittnee is engaged to her fiancé, Mason, and together they share their home with three Australian Shepherds. She is actively involved in Australian Shepherd rescue efforts and is passionate about fostering dogs in need, helping them find safe and loving forever homes. Her commitment to service extends beyond the workplace, reflecting the same compassion and dedication she brings to both her community and the family business.

Brittnee is excited to help lead the future of Pensacola A/C & Auto while continuing the legacy of exceptional customer care and community involvement that has become the foundation of the company.

Blake McCabe

Parts Manager

Blake is a dedicated family man, a hard worker, and a natural leader. From a young age, he was passionate about football, playing throughout his childhood and high school years. His love for sports continues today as a loyal fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State.

After high school, Blake explored different avenues to find his path. He spent time at the University of Colorado before pursuing his love for cooking, attending culinary school in San Antonio and earning his degree from the Culinary Institute of America. He later served in the U.S. Navy, proudly dedicating himself to something greater than himself.

Today, Blake serves as the Parts Manager at Pensacola A/C & Auto, where he works hard to source the best parts for each customer's vehicle. He’s built strong, trusted relationships with both customers and vendors, ensuring fair and honest pricing without compromising on quality. His attention to detail and commitment to doing right by every customer have made him an essential part of the team.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys playing video games, watching and discussing sports, and embracing fatherhood. He and his family recently welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Nina, into the world. Blake looks forward to taking on a greater leadership role in the future and continuing the PACA legacy for many years to come.

Jeremy

Customer experience Manager - East

Born and raised right here in Pensacola, Jeremy brings both hometown pride and a deep passion for the automotive world to the Pensacola A/C & Auto team. As a kid, he dreamed of becoming a race car driver—and while life steered him in a different direction, his love for cars never faded.

When he's not helping customers at the front counter, you’ll find Jeremy diving into two of his favorite things: racing and reading. A true lifelong learner, he’s read hundreds of books and considers himself a perpetual student of many topics. He especially enjoys working with his hands and has a particular passion for chassis and suspension work.

Jeremy shares life with his wife, Alexandra, their two daughters, and their dogs Luna and Mingo. The family loves to travel—especially to the Caribbean—and when football season hits, you can bet Jeremy is cheering for the Florida Gators.



Beyond the shop, Jeremy is active in his church community and plays a key role on the production team. His faith and commitment to spreading the gospel are central to who he is, and his heart for service shines through in how he cares for customers and coworkers alike.

Orie

Customer Experience Assistant Manager - North

Originally from Arvada, Colorado, Orie brings a passion for people and exceptional customer service to our team as Customer Experience Assistant Manager. What he enjoys most about the automotive industry is meeting new people and building lasting relationships with customers.

Growing up, Orie dreamed of playing in the NFL and spent much of his youth and high school years on the football field. Today, he enjoys fishing, drawing, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and Seattle Seahawks. He and his fiancée, Ivy, share life with their Border Collie, Beau.

Orie is passionate about supporting drunk driving awareness and suicide prevention initiatives and believes in making a positive impact both inside and outside the workplace. Having recently relocated to Pensacola, he is excited to explore the area, spend time on the beaches, and become part of the local community. His dream car is the iconic Aston Martin Vanquish.

Dalton

Customer Experience Consultant

Dalton is a local to the area, originally from Milton, Florida, and brings a strong passion for vehicles and problem-solving to the team at Pensacola A/C & Auto Service Center. He enjoys working on diesel trucks and finds fuel-pressure systems especially interesting, making him a great resource for truck repairs and performance.

Outside the shop, Dalton enjoys golfing, boating, and fishing. He and his fiancée stay busy raising their children. Their family also includes their black Labrador.

Dalton is a big fan of college football and proudly cheers on the Florida Gators. He carries a strong appreciation for life and focuses on building a successful future for his family. His dream truck is a GMC Sierra 2500 Denali, a perfect match for someone who enjoys working with powerful diesel vehicles.

Deesember

Dee is a dedicated CEC professional who brings a strong passion for customer service to every interaction. Originally from Athens, Georgia, Dee takes pride in creating positive experiences for customers and ensuring they feel confident and cared for throughout the repair process.

Outside of work, Dee has a creative side: baking sourdough,

singing, writing music, and playing guitar. Deesember dreams of one day

cruising in a Ford Bronco Outer Banks. Her favorite dessert is strawberry

cheesecake. 

Known for her warm personality and commitment to helping others,

Dee makes a meaningful impact both in the shop and in the lives of the

customers she serves.

John

Shop Manager &

Originally from Tyler, Texas, John has built his career on one simple goal — to be someone people can depend on. That mindset shines through every day at Pensacola A/C & Auto, where he serves as our Shop Foreman.

John is the kind of person who keeps things running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes — ensuring every repair meets our standards of quality, safety, and care. His favorite part of the job? Fixing anything he can get his hands on and helping customers get back on the road with confidence.

When he’s not in the shop, John enjoys fishing, relaxing by the beach or lake, and spending time with his wife and his dog, Fisher — a stray who wandered into the shop one day and instantly became part of the family.

John’s dream car is a mid-80s Monte Carlo SS, a classic that perfectly fits his down-to-earth style and appreciation for dependable craftsmanship.

For John, auto repair isn’t just a job — it’s a way to help people and make sure the team and customers alike can always count on him.

Fernando

Shop Foreman & Master technician

Originally from Carolina, Puerto Rico, Fernando brings his passion for precision and his love of all things automotive to the Pensacola A/C & Auto team. As a kid, he dreamed of becoming an electrician, but his curiosity for how things work quickly evolved into a lifelong love of cars and mechanics.

Fernando has worked all over the world, gaining hands-on experience that shows in every repair he performs. When he’s not in the shop, you’ll probably find him enjoying a motorcycle ride or spending time with his family — his wife, Dr. Stephanie, their daughter, Penelope, and their two pups, Bruce (a Yorkie) and Einstein (a Toy Poodle).

His favorite projects? Working on his own cars and fine-tuning every detail to perfection. His dream ride is a 1994 Porsche 911 964 Turbo — a perfect reflection of his appreciation for timeless craftsmanship and performance.

Fernando isn’t just a skilled technician; he’s a world-traveled problem-solver who treats every vehicle like it’s his own.

Tony grew up in Queens, New York, and brings a strong work ethic and passion for helping others to the team at Pensacola A/C & Auto Service Center. As a kid, he dreamed of becoming a professional baseball player, but today he enjoys helping customers keep their vehicles running safely and reliably.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time fishing and trail

riding. He and his fiancée, Karen, have three children, and their home is

shared with two dogs, Zoey and Zelda. Tony is also a big sports fan and proudly cheers on the New Orleans Saints.

He has a big heart for giving back and is especially passionate about supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Chris b.

Chris brings both passion and hands-on expertise to the team, with a strong focus on engine work and performance. Originally from Alexandria, Virginia, Chris developed an early interest in mechanics that has stayed with him throughout his career.

Outside of the shop, Chris enjoys spending his time around race

cars and fishing out on the water—two hobbies that reflect his love for both speed and relaxation. When it comes to travel, the Florida Keys are his favorite getaway, offering the perfect balance of sunshine and scenery. Chris is a dedicated sports fan, cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Dallas Cowboys. He is also passionate about supporting causes that benefit children, including American Indian charities.

When asked about his dream car, he doesn’t hesitate: a classic 1967 Chevelle SS—a true reflection of his appreciation for timeless performance and craftsmanship. We are so glad to have him aboard!

Gary

Master Technician

Gary is a dedicated and experienced technician who takes pride in delivering quality work, especially in AC systems and electrical repairs. A Pensacola, Florida native, Gary brings both local roots and years of hands-on expertise to the team.

Gary’s passion for helping others extends beyond the shop. For many years, he was actively involved in coaching youth sports and supporting local ballparks—reflecting his lifelong commitment to mentoring and giving back to the community. As a kid, he dreamt of becoming a football coach, and in many ways, he’s lived that passion through his involvement with young athletes.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys surf fishing and shell hunting along the coast with his wife, Cynthia. The two have shared a remarkable journey together, having been married for over 43 years after meeting as high school sweethearts. Family is central to Gary’s life, and he’s proud of his two grown children.

At home, Gary is also kept busy by his pets—two dogs, Bentley and Bear, and a cat named Reggie. When it comes to sports, he’s a loyal fan of the Miami Dolphins and the Florida Gators.

If Gary could choose any vehicle to drive, it would be a classic 1970 Dodge Charger R/T—a reflection of his appreciation for timeless power and craftsmanship.

Chris is one of the skilled technicians at Pensacola A/C & Auto who brings a lifelong passion for automotive repair to our team. Originally from Augusta, Georgia, with family roots in New Jersey, Chris knew from a young age that he wanted to be a mechanic, and he has turned that childhood dream into a career helping customers keep their vehicles safe and reliable.

When he's not in the shop, Chris enjoys spending time with friends, cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Eagles, and planning his dream trip to Jamaica. He shares his life with his fiancée, Riley, their husky, Eva, and their cat, Sanji.

One interesting fact about Chris is that he has never traveled outside the United States, making his future vacation to Jamaica even more special. His dream vehicle is a classic Chevy Nova, a reflection of his appreciation for timeless automotive craftsmanship.

Chris takes pride in delivering quality repairs and helping our customers get back on the road with confidence. His dedication to the automotive industry and commitment to doing the job right make him a valued member of the Pensacola A/C & Auto family.

Born and raised right here in Pensacola, Florida, Noah grew up dreaming of becoming a racecar driver, and that passion has fueled his career ever since.

Noah's journey at Pensacola A/C & Auto is a great example of hard work and dedication. He began as our Quality Control Lead, making sure every vehicle met our high standards before leaving the shop. From there, he worked his way into the shop as a Lube Technician, quickly earned the role of Lead Lube Technician, and is now an Apprentice Technician training under our experienced Master Technicians, Tony and Gary.

When he's not in the shop, you'll usually find Noah at the racetrack behind the wheel of his own racecar, which we're proud to sponsor. He's also passionate about supporting cancer awareness and fundraising efforts in our community.

A loyal fan of the New York Yankees and the South Carolina Gamecocks, Noah enjoys racing, traveling anywhere with mountains, and chasing his dream of one day owning a Corvette.

We're proud to have Noah on our team and look forward to watching him continue to grow into an outstanding technician.

Kurt brings a well-rounded skill set and easygoing attitude to the team, making him a reliable and approachable part of the shop. He is originally from Tinian, an Island in the Northern Mariana Islands. Kurt has always had a hands-on mindset and a passion for working with his hands.

As a technician, Kurt enjoys working on all aspects of a vehicle, embracing the variety and challenges each job brings. His versatility and willingness to tackle “most of it” make him an asset to both his team and

customers.

Outside of work, Kurt enjoys spending time playing basketball and fishing, and he’s always up for a trip to Las Vegas when the opportunity

arises. A longtime sports fan, he proudly supports the L.A. Dodgers!

Kurt is a family-oriented individual who shares life with his spouse, Marcia, and their large, lively family.

From a local farm in Molino, Ellie loves running outdoors and living life to the fullest. Tonya brought her to Pensacola A/C & Auto, where she quickly became an important part of the team.

Ellie’s main role is spreading joy to both customers and staff. Whether she’s greeting guests or just being nearby, she helps create a welcoming, comfortable environment. It’s no secret that dogs have a special way of making people feel at ease, and Ellie does exactly that every day.

When she’s not “working,” Ellie enjoys swimming in the family pool, playing fetch, and spending time with her six canine siblings.
